Noelle Lehman is a piano teacher who turned a home baking hobby into something people across the country keep coming back for. Every biscotti is mixed, shaped, baked, sliced, and baked again — by hand, in small batches.
The result is a biscotti with a signature soft crunch — less hard than traditional, easier to enjoy, and perfect for dunking.
